Today's wellness market is crowded with brands offering similar products and promises. Standing out requires more than aesthetics alone. It requires a clear identity, a compelling story and an experience that people genuinely want to engage with.

FAQ
Good to know before starting.
How long does a project take?
Most projects take between two and six weeks, depending on the scope. A smaller brand refresh or content direction may be quicker, while a full identity and website project will need more time to research, design, refine and prepare properly.
I’m not sure what I need yet. Can you help?
Of course. You don’t need to arrive with a perfect brief. We always start with a short consultation to understand where your brand is now, what feels unclear, what you’re trying to improve and what kind of business outcome you want — whether that’s a stronger identity, better content, a more premium website, packaging, or a full brand refresh. From there, we’ll recommend the right scope for your goals, timeline and budget, so you’re not paying for things you don’t need.
How do revisions work?
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds, depending on the scope. This gives us space to refine the direction, adjust the details and make sure everything feels aligned before final delivery. The goal is not endless back-and-forth, but a clear process where feedback is gathered, reviewed and applied properly at each stage.
How do payments work?
For one-off projects, we usually split the payment into stages: a deposit to secure the project, a second payment once the direction is approved, and the final balance before the finished assets are delivered. For monthly subscriptions or retainers, payment is made upfront at the start of each month. This secures your ongoing creative support and allows us to plan the work, timeline and deliverables clearly in advance.
How will I receive my final files?
Once the project is approved, everything is organised and delivered in a clear folder structure, with the final files prepared for the way you’ll actually use them. For brand identity, this can include logo files, colour palette, typography, brand guidelines and ready-to-use assets. For packaging, you’ll receive production-ready design files, mockups and any export formats needed to share with your printer or supplier. For websites, we’ll either hand over the live site, provide the design files, or prepare the build for launch depending on the agreed scope. Everything is delivered clearly, so you know what each file is for and how to use it.
