Darlow Clinic had the surgeon and the results. It needed a brand that communicated both before anyone booked a consultation. We built it.
The Problem
Patients in aesthetic surgery research carefully. They make a judgment about a clinic based on how it looks before they read anything. Darlow was losing that moment. The work was excellent. The brand did not show it.

How We Approached It
We built around what a patient needs to feel before booking: safe, reassured, confident. The palette, the mark, the typography each serve that function. Form followed purpose throughout.

A complete visual identity system. Brandmark, logotype, five-colour system, typography hierarchy, and brand guidelines. Designed to work in the two seconds a potential patient spends forming a first impression.
